Our ORGANIC gluten-free, non-dairy, non-GMO, all plant-based ice cream sandwiches are freshly made in our shop. The Peanut Butter Oat Chip Cookie Ice Cream Sandwich is an organic, gluten-free, dairy-free, chocolate chip cookie made with GF almond flour, peanut butter and our homemade vanilla bean ice cream.  Our ice cream is made with coconut milk.
